  1. Green onions, garlic, jalapeo, lime juice, oil, brown sugar, allspice, thyme, cinnamon, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons water are blended together in a blender until smooth. . Place 14 cups of water in a separate bowl.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Pour the rest of the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat.
    Allow marinating in the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to overnight, turning once or twice.

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all the jerk spices, habanero, soy sauce, pineapple juice, lime juice, liquid smoke, and ginger.
