Eastbay Refunds Policy

Refunds will be processed as payment used in the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Purchases made with PayPal must be returned by mail. Customers will receive a refund back to their PayPal account.

For a limited time, we are offering free returns to our customers within the United States. You may disregard the following message that is on your invoice.

“We will deduct a $6.99 Return Label fee from your refund.” The $6.99 charge will not be deducted.

The $6.99 charge will not be deducted for an exchange deemed as defective merchandise.

Refunds and gift cards will include product and tax amounts only. If an incorrect item was shipped, or products were flawed or damaged in transit prior to 90 days.

We will also include the standard shipping charges in your refund.

Yes. When returning an item you purchased, please include the return form which is located on the reverse side of the invoice received with your shipment.

Fill out the required information and enclose the form inside your package. If you are unable to obtain the return form.

Eastbay Team Sales Return Policy

Eastbay Team will accept your return of stock, un-printed merchandise back for any reason.

Within 30 days of the shipment date as long as the items are in original shipped condition, including original tags and packaging.

‣ Although original shipping and handling fees are not refundable, Team Sales will cover the cost of return shipping within the Continental US. Contact us at 1-855-892-4995 to request your Pre-Paid Return Shipping Label

‣ Items must be in original shipped condition. Returns with any modifications to the original condition will not be accepted.

This includes the addition of any screen print or embroidery done outside of Eastbay.

‣ All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment date and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Please work with your dedicated sales rep to determine whether or not your order will be subject to restocking fees.

‣ Refunds will be for the item price and any applicable sales tax. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.

‣ All sales on embellished or printed goods are final. These items may not be returned or exchanged.

Bat Return Policy:

Unwrapped or used bats are subject to a manufacturer warranty and should not be returned to Eastbay.

Returns on Defective Items:

All claims for manufacturer defects are subject to investigation. As a general rule, an investigation must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment date.
