Here are three options for checking your Nevada EBT Card balance.

Option 1 – Locate Your Last Purchase Receipt

One of the easiest ways to check the balance of your Nevada EBT Card is to find the most recent purchase receipt or ATM receipt (only for TANF receivers).

The current balance for your account can be seen at the bottom of the receipt. While using this tool to check your balance, be sure to keep all of your most recent EBT Card receipts.

Option 2 – Check Your Card Balance Via Phone

Another option is to check your card balance by calling telephone number 1-866-281-2443 for the Nevada EBT Card Customer service.

Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help you get your Card balance back in.

Make sure your EBT Card code, 4-digit PIN, and Social Security Number (SSN) is ready before you dial.

Put in your sixteen (16) digit EBT card number after you call and you will hear your current food assistance or cash account balance(s).

Option 3 – Check your Nevada EBT Card Balance

The last option to check your balance on your Nevada EBT Card is online. The EBT Edge website allows you to find out your EBT Card balance online.

When inputting your User ID and Password, you will be redirected to a new page where you can proceed.
