What are Snapchat trophies?
Trophies are given when a Snapchat user earns special achievements on the app, and they come in the form of emojis. This can be from achieving a certain score, using particular filters, sending creative Snaps, or having your story posted on Live Story.
Your ‘trophies’ will show up in your ‘trophy box’ as emojis, which you can find by tapping your profile icon in the top left of your screen. You then select trophies and you should be able to see the ones you have unlocked.
For example, you can get the Ghost emoji trophy if your Snapchat score hits 500,000; you are awarded the Sun Face emoji if you send a snap with the temperature over 100° F, and you will find the Ogre emoji in your trophy box if you send 1,000 Snaps using the front-facing camera (selfies).
Here’s what you need to know about Snapchat trophies:
- All Snapchat trophies look like standard emojis.
- You are rewarded with a trophy for performing activities. For example, if upon verifying your email address, you will receive the email trophy.
- Some trophies have multiple levels to them. For example, you get a babyface trophy when your Snapchat score hits 10. Hit 50,000 and you’ll get the rocket trophy.

How To See Your Snapchat Trophies
You can check which trophies you have earned so far at any time.
- Open Snapchat and tap your profile.
- Tap Trophies on the profile page to see your Trophy Case.
- Tap any trophy to see what it means and whether it has multiple levels.
To check if a trophy has multiple levels, tap a locked trophy. If it opens into a single locked trophy, then there are no levels. If tapping the locked trophy opens a series of locked trophies, then it’s a trophy with multiple levels.
