Use of the Speed Die
The Speed Die is only used to determine triples. it is not used to determine doubles.
If the player rolls triple 1s, 2s, or 3s, he or she may move forward to any space on the board and does not have to roll again.
Also, If a player rolls two doubles and then a triple, they do not go to jail.
Instead, they are free to move to any location on the board and do not have to roll again.
If you roll, you’ll get:
1. A 1, 2, or 3: Add the number rolled to the total of the usual dice.

Move to the next unowned property, which they may buy or auction, before rolling again or transferring the dice to the next person.

Classic Monopoly Rules

5. The Play

If you roll doubles, you move your token to the total of the two dice and are subject to any privileges or penalties associated with the spot you land on.
Keep the dice and throw them again, moving your token as before.
If you throw three doubles in a row, your token will be moved to the “In Jail” space right away.
6. “GO” Rule of Monopoly
The Banker gives a player a $200 salary each time his or her token lands on or passes over GO, whether by rolling the dice or drawing a card.
They only paid the $200 once per round on the board.
If a player passing GO on the dice l and 2 spaces beyond it on Community Chest or 7 spaces beyond it on Chance and draws the “Advance to GO” card, he or she receives $200 for passing GO the first time and another $200 for reaching it the second time by following the instructions on the card.
7. Buying Property Rule of Monopoly
If you land on an unowned property, you can buy it from the Bank for the written price.
Place the Title Deed card face up in front of you to show ownership.
If you do not want to purchase the property, the Banker will auction it off to the highest bidder.
The buyer pays the Bank in cash for the amount of the bid and receives the property’s Title Deed card.
Any player may bid, including those who chose not to buy it at the printed price.
Bidding may begin at any point.
8. Paying Rent
When you land on another player’s property, the owner takes rent from you according to the list posted on the property.
It’s the Deed of Title card.
Rent cannot be collected if the property is mortgaged.
When a property is mortgaged, the owner places the Title Deed card facedown in front of him.
Holding all the Title Deed cards in a color group (for example, Boardwalk and Park Place; or Connecticut, Vermont, and New Hampshire) is helpful.
This is because the landlord may then charge double the rent for properties in that color group that haven’t been improved.
This regulation applies to properties that are not encumbered by a mortgage even if another color-group property isn’t mortgaged.

If the owner does not request the rent before the due date, the owner may not collect it and the next player throws the dice.
9. Chance and Community Chest
If you land on one of these, take the top card from the deck indicated in these places.
Follow the instructions, and place the card facedown at the bottom of the deck.
The “Get Out of Jail Free” card is kept in the deck until it is played, and then it is returned to the bottom.

10. Income Tax Rule of Monopoly
If you arrive here, you have two choices.

11. Jail Rule of Monopoly Money

4. Paying a $50 fee before taking your following two turns to roll the dice.

You then exit Jail and proceed forward the number of spaces shown by your toss.

12. Free Parking
A player who lands on this location receives no money, property, or other prize.
This is simply a “free” rest stop.
You can buy houses from the Bank and erect them on those properties once you own all the properties in a color group.

However, you must build the next house you buy on one of the unimproved properties in this color group or any other color group you possess.
Your little Deed card for the property on which you built the house shows the price you must pay the Bank for each house.
An opponent who lands on the unimproved properties of a higher entire color group pays double the rent to the owner.
You may buy and erect as many houses as your judgment and financial situation will allow at any moment.
However, you must build in a consistent manner, i.e., you cannot build over one house on any one property of any color group until you have built one house on every property in that group.
Then you can move on to the next row of houses, and so on, up to a maximum of four dwellings per property.
For instance, you can’t build three houses on one property if you only have one house on another of the group’s properties.
If you sell houses, back to the bank, you must break them down evenly as well.
When a player owns four residences on each color-group property, he or she may purchase a hotel from the Bank and install it on any color-group property.
She pays the payment for the hotel mentioned on the Title Deed card and returns the four dwellings from that property to the Bank.
On any given land, you may build only one hotel.
15. Building Shortages
When the Bank is out of houses to sell, players who want to construct must wait for another player to return or sell his or her other houses to the Bank.
If a limited number of houses and hotels are available, and two or more players want to acquire more than the Bank has, the houses and hotels must be sold at auction to the highest bidder.
16. Selling Properties
Unimproved properties, railroads, and utilities (but not buildings) may be sold to any player for any price the owner may get in a private transaction.
However, no property can be sold to another player if buildings are standing on any properties of that color group.
Although, before the owner can sell any property in that color group, any structures in that location must be sold back to the Bank.
Houses and hotels may be sold to the Bank at any time for one-half of the original purchase price.
All houses in one color group must be sold one by one, even, and in the opposite order that they were built.
You can mortgage unimproved properties through the Bank.
All the buildings on all the properties in its color group must be sold back to the Bank at half-price before an enhanced property can be mortgaged.
Each Title Deed card has the mortgage value printed on it.
Also, you cannot collect rent on mortgaged properties or utilities.
However, we can collect rent on properties in the same group that are not mortgaged.
To get the mortgage lifted, the owner must pay the Bank the full loan plus 10% interest.
When all of a color-properties group are no longer mortgaged, the owner may buy them back at full price.
The person who mortgages a property keeps it, and no other player can secure it by removing the mortgage from the Bank.
The owner has the option to sell the mortgaged property to another player at an agreed-upon price.
If you are the new owner, you can pay down the mortgage plus 10% interest to the Bank and immediately lift the debt.
Although, If the mortgage is not immediately lifted, you must pay the Bank 10% interest when you purchase the property.
And if the mortgage is later lifted, you must pay the Bank an additional 10% interest plus the mortgage amount.
If you owe more than you can pay to another player or the Bank, you are declared bankrupt.
In that case, you must turn it over to another player if you owe money to them.
Play everything you have of worth and exit the game.
If you own a home or a business, consider this when making this agreement.
Also, In exchange, you must return them to the Bank for money equal to one-half of the amount paid.
They provide this money to the creditor for them.
You must also turn over a mortgaged property to your creditor, but the new owner is required to pay immediately.
The amount of interest on the loan, which is 10% of the loan’s value, is paid to the bank.
If the new owner accomplishes this, he or she may, at his or her discretion, lift the loan after paying the principal or holding the property until a later date.
