  1. Bibles for America

This is a big site that also made our list of places that send you free books by mail. You can order a free study Bible from the site. The website says you can order for yourself only, and it does not fill orders made on behalf of others.

The Bible is totally free, including shipping, and all you need to do to get it is fill out the form on the website.

  1. Bibles4Free.com

Bibles4Free.com will give you a Bible at no cost if you just complete the online form.

  1. MyFreeBible.org

MyFreeBible.org will send you a Bible in the mail. Just fill out the form on the website.

It currently only offers the New Testament though. The site says requests are limited to one Bible per person and you can only make one request. It takes up to 6 to 8 weeks to receive your Bible.

Just fill out a form and the U.S. Bible Society will mail a free Bible to you.

BibleSenders.org says that it has a mission to send one free Bible to anyone who asks, anywhere in the world. But that it isn’t able to meet the 80,000 plus requests that it gets each month. So, they can’t respond to every request. Still though, you can get in touch and BibleSenders.org will do it’s best to send you a free Bible.

The Gideons International is an evangelical organization that distributes free copies of the Bible to hotels and many other places. You’ll usually find a Bible from the organization in the nightstand in your hotel room.

You won’t get a free Bible in the mail from the organization, but you can look out for them next time you stay at a hotel or at one of the other places mentioned above.

Obviously, they are not (nor are we) suggesting that you take (steal) the Good Book from a hotel or other places. They put it there so travelers can read it while they stay at the hotel. That said, Gideons says they don’t mind people taking the Bibles since they replace them often. They actually have a saying that goes “take the Bible, not the towels“!
