Option 1 – Check your last Receipt
The first way to verify your Oregon EBT card balance is to search the grocery store or ATM for your most recent transaction receipt. This is the best way to know your balance, because it is the simplest and quickest choice available. Your balance is displayed at the bottom of your most recent receipt. To continue using this method to verify your Oregon EBT balance, hold your final receipt at all times.
Option 2 – Check by Phone
When you lose the last receipt of the purchase, the second way to get your balance of Oregon EBT cards is by phone. To check the balance of your Oregon EBT account, call the Oregon EBT aid hotline at 1-888-997-4447. Please be sure to have your 16-digit EBT card number ready to find out your EBT balance via phone. To receive your current EBT balance, you’ll need to provide this information.
Option 3 – Login to your Edge EBT Account
The third choice to test your Oregon EBT Card balance is available online through the ebtEDGE website. Visit the ebtEDGE website to sign in, and enter your card number. Can I have someone else help me shop using my EBT account?
You should ask your local Maine Food Stamps caseworker about setting up an Authorized Representative (AR). The AR will have a separate & different card with his or her own account number and PIN. Also, the EBT system is able to track which card is used at any time. The AR will have access to all benefit account.
Can I use my Oregon EBT card in other counties and other states?
Your Oregon EBT card can operate at any store or ATM in the United States that accepts EBT cards, as well as the District of Columbia, the U.S. And Guam and the Virgin Islands. What if my card doesn’t work, or is lost/stolen?
If your Oregon Trail card does not work, you should first call the SNAP Replacement Line at 1-855-328-6715. If your card has been lost or stolen, report it immediately by calling Customer Service at 1-888-997-4447. Replacement cards are to be issued within three to five business days. You can also contact your local DHR caseworker or your county social services agency.
