Option 1 

The first option for checking the balance on your EBT card is to locate your last transaction OR ATM receipt. At the bottom of your receipt, you will find the balance that is left on your EBT card – as shown below:

Step 1

The Georgia EBT Card toll-free phone number is 1-888-421-3281. You can also find this phone number on the back of your card.

Step 2

To receive your card balance information you must enter your 16-digit EBT card number located on the front of your card.

Step 3

Enter your 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). Once you have successfully done so, you will receive your EBT card balance.
