The other items are books, CDs, video, vinyl records, tubes, in-ear buds, earplugs and in-ear monitors, fog fluid, harmonicas, cleaning products, demo gear, and special orders (both custom/special orders and items that are not stocked).

4. Band & Orchestra Return Fees

Returns of woodwind and brass instruments incur a $10.00 sanitization fee. 

Returned bows are subject to a $4.00 restocking fee. Mouthpieces priced over $300 have an $8.00 sanitization fee, while those under $300 incur a $4.00 fee.

Also, if you open the box of an Apple product, you’ll incur a flat 10% restocking fee.
