Putting a warm compress over the affected area can also help. Follow this process two to three times a day until you feel relief from the soreness.
Mix 10 drops of Peppermint oil, five drops of Marjoram, five drops of Melaleuca, six drops of Rosemary, and two drops of Lemongrass essential oil with carrier oil.
Once it’s well mixed, rub it on the affected tendon and then place a warm cloth over top. If the pain is severe, you can add a few drops of Helichrysum essential oil.
