For DSW VIP Club members also, the return shipping charges are $8.50. So if you have taken DSW VIP club membership, then $8.50 will be deducted from your refunded amount.

DSW VIP Gold & Elite

If you are a DSW VIP Gold or DSW VIP Elite member then you don’t need to pay any charge for your return shipping. So, in this case, you will get a full refund for the item on returning it. Also, the DSW VIP Elite members get 365 Days to return any item purchased from DSW. Whereas, all other members get only 60 days for returning the products.

Method: Items purchased in a DSW store must be returned to a DSW store. You cannot mail these items back.

DSW Online Returns

You can get a full refund to the original form of payment for items purchased from DSW online by meeting the following requirements. Allow seven to 10 days for DSW to process your refund.

Timing: Send your online order back by mail within 60 days of the purchase date.

Shipping Fees: You can pay for the shipping yourself or you can use DSW’s FedEx label included in your online order. The cost of using the FedEx label is $8.50, and it’s deducted from your refund. DSW VIP Gold and DSW VIP Elite members do not get charged the return shipping fee. You can also avoid the $8.50 fee by making the original purchase with a DSW Rewards Visa® credit card.

Condition: The item needs to be unused and unworn, and sent back in its original packaging.

Documentation: Fill out the Return & Exchange form that’s on your original invoice. Include that along with your shipping invoice to get a refund to the original form of payment.
