We’ll attempt to make it right whether you didn’t enjoy it or it didn’t perform as intended. Here’s everything you need to know if you’d want.

You have up to 90 days after purchase to exchange or return most items unless noted in our exceptions.

Simply present your receipt, and we’ll credit your account with the amount you paid.

30 days

• Smart Home Technology – Within 30 days of purchase, devices including smart doorbells, smart security & safety, and smart home thermostats can be exchanged or returned.
• Seasonal Items and Holiday Product & Decor, etc. available for return or exchange within 30 days after purchase.
• Air Mattresses -Within 30 days after purchase, air mattresses can be returned brand-new and unopened. Within 90 days after purchase, opened-air mattresses may be exchanged for a comparable product.

60 days

• Electrics -Within 60 days of purchase, items like infant monitoring equipment and baby food preparation can be exchanged or returned. 

Additional Exceptions

• Clothing – Within 90 days after purchase, fresh, unused items of baby, toddler, and maternity clothes can be exchanged or returned.
• Car Seats and Strollers -During 90 days, you can exchange or return car seats and strollers that are brand-new and unused and still have their original packaging, warranties, and registration details attached.
• Breast Pumps – For safety purposes, breast pumps that are unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging may be exchanged or returned within 90 days. 
• Seating and Activity Items – Pack ‘n Plays, swings, high chairs, bouncers, baby seats, and walkers/entertainers may be exchanged or returned within 90 days as long as they are returned in brand-new, unused condition with all of the original packings.

• Monogrammed, Personalized, Custom-Made, and Special-Order Items
• Gift Cards
• Shipping, Delivery, Gift Wrap, and Assembly Charges

ID requirements

They may limit or deny returns based on their use of a third-party refund verification system that helps protect against abusive or otherwise non-permitted returns.

Misplaced Your Receipt?

You may still be able to return or exchange brand-new, unused things even without a receipt if we can’t find your receipt.

Some goods may be eligible for an exchange or a refund of less than 20% of the current selling price as merchandise credit (we assume customers make the most of our coupon offers).

Baby Registry – Within 365 days of purchase, fresh, unopened baby registry goods may be exchanged or returned for Merchandise Credit.

The regular return policy is applicable to used products.

• Purchases are eligible for exchange or refund within 90 days (exceptions apply), with an Instacart receipt.

Truck Delivery

• Oversized & Large Items – Within 30 days of receipt, truck delivery item(s) in unused condition and original packaging may be returned for any reason.
• To schedule a pickup of your return, we will plan to have our carrier get in touch with you.
• Shipping, storage, and other expenses (such as cancellation or restocking fees) might be included.
• Truck-delivered furniture returns are not permitted beyond 30 days; for help, get in touch with the manufacturer.
• Adult Size Mattresses: Comfort Guarantee: Let your body 30 days to get used to your new mattress after delivery.
• The mattress and/or set must have legal tags on and be undamaged, clean, and stain-free.
• Please be aware that the shipping cost is not refundable. There will be a processing and pickup fee of $99 in addition to the price difference between the two mattresses.

Protection Plans

International Orders

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please call 1-800-GO BEYOND® (1-800-462-3966) and they’ll provide you with further instructions on whether and to where returns should be shipped, and the amount of the refund.

Borderfree will reimburse refunds for returned goods in the same currency and exchange rate as your initial tender.

Please send your packing slip together with the completed information, including your phone number so they can contact you if they have any concerns so they can properly credit you.

Please note that they do not refund shipping fees for preference returns, and some items may not be eligible for returns.

Please allow three (3) weeks for the return’s transportation time, plus an additional four (4) business days after it is received for processing before your account is refunded.

How to Create a BuyBuy Baby Registry

You will need the standard information to create your register, including your name, address, email, password, and due date.

When everything is connected, you can begin adding goods to your register.

How to Return a Registry Gift

No matter where you purchased the item—online, offline, or both—you have a year from the date of purchase to simply return it.

For online orders, look for the return label included in the box. On the original packing invoice form, circle the item you want to return.

Choose a reason for the return (represented by a number), include your phone number, and close the box.

Attach the label and schedule a FedEx to pick up or drop the box off at your local FedEx location.

Simply bring your item and the gift receipt in to exchange it or receive a refund when returning anything in person.

A staff can locate the merchandise using your registry number even if you don’t have a receipt.

What if your present was not really bought from your registry and you don’t have a receipt? You still have the option to return it for 80% of the item’s value.
